ON: Government removes regulatory roadblocks in the auto sector

On June 12, 2019,  the Ontario government announced changes to reduce regulatory burden in the auto industry that will result in simplified training requirements for drivers refuelling propane vehicles – a great first step for the propane industry. “The Canadian Propane Association is pleased to see the government moving swiftly to update outdated and costly regulations in our industry. The current requirements pose an undue burden on our members, and we welcome and encourage changes that bring common sense to our industry,” said CPA President & CEO Nathalie St-Pierre.
