Important reminder – Remain compliant! Change TDG equivalencies in your vehicles for the current versions

The CPA has received the renewal certificates for TDG equivalencies, which are available on the CPA website. Ensure vehicles that transport dangerous goods in the manner covered by the equivalency are carrying the current version.

Members must print the new certificate and carry the current version in any vehicle transporting dangerous goods in the manner indicated on the equivalency before March 31, 2020. TDG paperwork must also be changed to reflect the updated renewal number on shipping documents. This can be done by pen on the shipping documents or they can be reprinted. As a reminder, the terms and conditions of each Equivalency Certificate must always be adhered to.
