Regulatory Affairs

Currently, several U.S. jurisdictions on the Eastern seaboard have exempted fuel delivery companies from the hours of service legislation for their truck drivers. The CPA is working with federal and provincial governments to avoid service disruptions in certain regions affected by the extreme weather conditions.
