Did You Miss the Trial Practice Manual Workshop?
If you missed last year's Trial Practice Manual Workshop, then you are in luck! Due to popular demand, GTLA is bringing back this cutting-edge seminar for the second year in a row!
Set for Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the State Bar of Georgia, the TPM Workshop will offer 6 CLE Credit Hours, including 2 Trial, 1 Ethics and 1 Professionalism. Topics to be covered include Voir Dire, The Court Charge, Use of Evidence at Trial and many others! The Trial Practice Manualhas also been updated to include the use of the new Federal Rules of Evidence in the State and Superior Courts that went into effect on Jan. 1, 2013.
