August 22, 2015: Demystifying AP World Languages and Cultures & Building a Program that Leads to Success in AP

The University of Washington will offer a one-day AP World Languages Workshop on Saturday, August 22, 2015. The speakers are the directors of the AP WL from the College Board, Marcia Arndt and David Jahner. Educators involve in administrating and/or teaching  Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish  are welcome to attend. Workshop program and online registration will become available soon. People interested can contact Kristi Roundtree if they have questions. This FREE workshop is open to the public, and high school teachers will receive six clock hours if they attend the workshop in its entirety. 

To ensure attendance, there is a $10 registration fee that will be returned to each participant on the day of the workshop. Registration includes six Washington State clock hours and a box lunch. To receive clock hours you need to sign in, attend the entire workshop, ao workshop evaluation form. There will be no partial clock-hours given.
