Study-Abroad Programs Build 'Next Generation' Travelers


In a recent article in Education Week, Jamaal Abdul-Alim discussed the benefits of exposing children to travel and study abroad at a young age in order to pique their interest in travel in the future. He relates several examples of how teachers can facilitate this exposure, such as, last school year, elementary students at PS 277 virtually visited Macau, China with Fulbright English-teaching assistant, Destiny Davis.
