What a beautiful season we are in! We
’
ve all just finished the Thanksgiving holiday and I hope
you all had plenty to be thankful for. The Christmas Holid
ays are right before us, and then a
New Year to begin and enjoy. So very much going on, and seemi
ngly so little time to really
notice what is important to us, to our families, and to fr
iends and relatives. We need a two-way
mirror, so that we can remember the past and reflect on it, but l
ook toward the future with
anticipation and enthusiasm.
The Holiday season makes me think about how fortunate I am. I w
ork with a great bunch of
people on the KCMPI Board and they all do so much work for t
he Chapter. Not only me but our
Chapter is fortunate to have them guiding and directing the acti
vities and business of the
chapter. In the Holiday season I think about this year 2
015, and I try to just think on the
positive moments. Like my marriage in June, like my business contin
ually moving forward and
growing, like my children and their children growing, li
ke this Chapter having fun and
educational events each month. I consider myself to be a very
fortunate person indeed!
I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy N
ew Year. May the coming weeks
allow you a little time to reflect on 2015, and to see throu
gh the glass to a beautiful, joyous,
prosperous, and a love-filled 2016.
Thank you! It

What a beautiful season we are in! We’ve all just finished the Thanksgiving holiday, and I hope you all had plenty to be thankful for. The Christmas holidays are right before us, and then a New Year to begin and enjoy. So very much going on, and seemingly so little time to really notice what is important to us, to our families, and to friends and relatives. We need a two-way mirror, so that we can remember the past and reflect on it, but look toward the future with anticipation and enthusiasm.
The holiday season makes me think about how fortunate I am. I work with a great bunch of people on the KCMPI Board, and they all do so much work for the chapter. Not only me, but our chapter is fortunate to have them guiding and directing the activities and business of the chapter. In the holiday season, I think about this year 2015, and I try to just think on the positive moments: my marriage in June, my business continually moving forward and growing, my children and their children growing, this chapter having fun and educational events each month. I consider myself to be a very fortunate person indeed!
I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May the coming weeks allow you a little time to reflect on 2015 and to see through the glass to a beautiful, joyous, prosperous and love-filled 2016.
