The U.S. Labor Department added 204,000 jobs this past October, nearly double what many analysts predicted. This is on top of the 163,000 new jobs added in September and 238,000 in August. Taken together, job growth is finally showing the momentum missing since 2007, or the time frame when some short sighted C-Suite executives began to lead with a "They’re Lucky To Have A Job" mentality.
