Career Center
When looking for a new position, keep in mind you want to build up your resume and show career progression. If you are staying in the same industry, you should find a next-level opportunity, one that shows advancement of your career and/or responsibilities and justifies the move. If you are making a change into a new industry, you should still try to find a role that would provide you with career progression. If not, you should at least maintain the same level of responsibility so it is viewed as a lateral move for an industry of choice, positioning you for career growth in a desired field.
