Why do attendees return to PestWorld each year? While the world-class education and exhibits are compelling on their own, at the heart of it all is the people. The old friends, the new contacts, the shared stories. It's been a year and a half since the pandemic changed the way we do business, and NPMA is excited to host PestWorld 2021 in-person this November in a celebration of reconnection. This year at PestWorld you'll have many opportunities to network with like-minded professionals to share insights and talk growth, making for long-lasting connections. The Pest Management Foundation strives to fund research that can be used by pest management professionals to make their business better. An example of the kind of practical research funded by the Foundation is a project currently underway at the University of Kentucky under the supervision of Dr. Zach DeVries. With the assistance of his students, Dr. DeVries is currently using a Pest Management Foundation grant to explore these questions and determine how temperature and humidity affect baits and how bait age affects cockroach behavior and bait consumption. Read the full research profile here. Join the Pest Management Foundation at a special gala dinner in conjunction with PestWorld 2021 on November 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to hear more on how your funding is benefitting the Foundations research programs.
