2010 Fall Business Meetings recap
During the Association Update at the Fall Business Meetings in Rye, 2010 NYSAR President Hank Fries provided a recap of NYSAR's activities on behalf of its members during the year, Michael Wallender, Esq. presented information about key legal issues affecting the industry and Steve Babbitt recapped Saturday's REBar Camp.
Also during the Association Update, the 2010 REALTOR of the Year award was presented to J.P. Endres-Fein of White Plains, NY. She is the 53rd recipient of the REALTOR of the Year award, which recognizes outstanding service to the REALTOR organization at the local, state and national levels, a strict adherence to the high principles of the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics, a commitment to civic activity and business accomplishments. Meeting attendees also took part in the third annual "REALTORS Got Talent" show to raise money for RPAC as well as the Young Professionals Network (YPN) kickoff event.
