Home buying plans up for New York State in October according to latest poll

According to the latest poll by the Siena Research Institute (SRI), New York State consumer home buying plans increased 0.6 points to 4.3 percent in October. Overall, New York State consumer confidence increased 3.1 points, the largest single month increase in fifteen months.
