RealtyTrac: New York State total foreclosure filings continue to decline
In its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for February 2011, which reports default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions in the month of February, RealtyTrac, Inc. reported New York State had 2,745 total foreclosures, a decrease of 15.2 percent from February 2010 and a decrease of 4.85 percent from January.
