CIVIX sues Trulia; REALTORS need not worry about liability

Recently, CIVIX filed a lawsuit against Trulia alleging patent infringement, the same claim it brought against NAR members in May. REALTOR associations and MLSs that purchased a patent license need not worry about exposure to liability should they syndicate their members' listings to Trulia as they are protected by the license.
