RealtyTrac: New York State Q3 total foreclosures decrease; state continues to rank among lowest in nation

RealtyTrac Inc. reported New York State ranked number 45 of all 50 states for both quarterly total foreclosure filings and filings in September 2011. New York had 6,234 total foreclosure filings in the third quarter and 1,908 filings in the month of September. Click here to learn more.
