NYSAR/SRI New York State Consumer Real Estate Sentiment Scores: Consumers appraisal of real estate market hits two-year low

The overall current Real Estate Sentiment scores among New Yorkers in the third quarter of 2011 is the lowest it has been in two years. New Yorkers expect the overall real estate market and the value of property to remain virtually unchanged over the next year. Consumers continue to see now as a very poor time to sell, but a good time to buy.
