CFPB debuts proposed HUD-1 replacement

On Tuesday, November 8, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) debuted two versions of a draft replacement for the HUD-1 Settlement Statement. Included in both versions is an intention to continue the policies of the 2009-10 RESPA reform. Specifically, there is a sheet that allows for a tolerance comparison. Click here to learn more.
