NYSAR/SRI New York State Consumer Real Estate Sentiment Scores: Consumers optimistic about future of housing market

New York Consumers are Yorkers are now more optimistic about the future of the housing market than they were just three months ago. However, the overall current Real Estate Sentiment scores among New Yorkers in the fourth quarter of 2011 decreased even lower than the third quarter when it hit a two-year low.
