New York State 2011 home sales 3.9 percent off 2010 pace; statewide median sales price holds steady

New York REALTORS sold 72,058 existing single-family homes in 2011, a decrease of 3.9 percent from the 74,970 sold in 2010.The 2011 statewide annual median sales price was $212,500, down 0.7 percent from $214,000 median in 2010. Click here to learn more.
