New York State February existing-homes sales up nearly 10 percent from February 2011

New York State February 2012 home sales increased by 9.6 percent from February 2011, despite falling back slightly from January, according to preliminary single-family sales data accumulated by the New York State Association of REALTORS. The statewide median sales price increased by more than six percent from January.
