New York passes $132 billion budget

The $132.5 billion budget increases spending by 1.9 percent and addresses a nearly $2 billion deficit. NYSAR is pleased to report that the proposal to double the term for real estate licensees from two years to four and double the associated license fee was removed from the budget.
