RealtyTrac: New York State Q1 and March total foreclosures increase as expected; nation sees lowest first quarter total foreclosures since 2007

In its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for the first quarter of 2012, RealtyTrac reported New York had 5,494 total foreclosure filings in the first quarter and 2,151 of them were in the month of March, an increase both from the previous quarter and the previous month. Click here to learn more.
