Legislation update

NYSAR is actively working to block legislation that would require license numbers on all forms, and legislation that would prohibit property owners subject to rent regulation from recovering more than one apartment for their personal use. NYSAR was also successful in gaining passage of a new law that prohibits the imposition of private transfer fees on real estate in New York State. Click here to learn more.
