New York housing sales up more than 5 percent through the mid-point of 2012

Sales of existing single-family homes, condos and co-ops have increased by 5.3 percent in the first six months of 2012 compared to last year. The statewide median sales price continues to show a stabilization trend despite easing slightly from a year ago. Click here to learn more.
