New York State metropolitan areas post increased foreclosure filings during 2012 start, New York State continues to rank amongst lowest in nation

According to RealtyTrac's Midyear 2012 Metropolitan Foreclosure Market Report, which shows foreclosure activity in the first half of 2012,25 out of 27 metropolitan areas in New York State saw increased foreclosure filings compared to the second half of 2012.
