NAR: Pending home sales reach highest level in more than six years nationally, remain unchanged for Northeast

The National Association of REALTORS’ Pending Home Sales Index rose 6.7 percent to 112.3 nationally in May. In the Northeast, the index remained unchanged at 92.3 but is 14.3 percent above May 2012.
