The third quarter edition of Legal Lines is now available

The third quarter edition of Legal Linesis now available on NYSAR.com. This issue features a New York State case involving a broker unable to reapply for a real estate license due to failure to pay a judgement. It also covers a case in which the court ruled proof of agreement was required for a commission and one in which a salesperson’s license was suspended for an improper listing. National cases include one from Nevada involving a wind turbine ruled to be a nuisance and one regarding copyright infringement. Department of State second quarter 2013 administrative law judge decisions are also included.
