State Senate holds tax reform hearing

The New York State Senate Committee on Finance and the Committee on Investigations and Government Operations recently held the first of several hearings on the subject of tax reform. The hearing was an effort by the Senate to gather input and recommendations for creative ways to change and improve New York’s extensive tax laws.
