NAR: Pending home sales maintain momentum in May, increase for Northeast

Pending home sales continued to rise in May and are now at their highest level in more than nine years, according to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). The index in the Northeast increased 6.3 percent to 93.9 in May, and is now 10.6-percent above a year ago. Learn more here.
