Heastie supports prevailing wage, hopes for agreement on 421-a

Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie said he supports including a prevailing wage requirement in 421-a tax break legislation for developers in exchange for affordable housing construction, but is primarily concerned with getting a deal done by the end of the year when it is set to expire.
