New York State homes sales up more than 15 percent through the first half of 2016

Driven by a very strong second quarter, home sales were up by 15.4 percent though the first six months of 2016 compared to the first half of 2015, according to the housing market report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS. The statewide median sales price increased by 2.2 percent compared to a year ago at the end of the June. Click here to learn more.
