Governor Cuomo announces $16 million for flood victims

Gov. Andrew Cuomo has announced $16 million in assistance to flood-stricken individuals in the Mohawk Valley and other upstate counties impacted by recent storms. The $16 million assistance program will be administered through the state Division of Housing and Community Renewal and individuals can start applying for the funds immediately.
