NAR: Pending home sales dip in June nationally, inch up for Northeast

After five consecutive months of increases, pending home sales slipped in June but remained near May’s level, which was the highest in more than nine years, according to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). The index in the Northeast inched up 0.4 percent to 94.3 in June, and is now 12-percent above a year ago. Read the entire NAR press release here.
