On Friday, Dec. 4, the New York City Issues Working Group met in Manhattan to discuss a variety of legislative and political issues. In attendance were REALTOR members from all five boroughs, as well as NYSAR staff. The working group was pleased to have City Councilman Jumaane Williams as a special guest speaker. Williams discussed some of his priorities including coop transparency, affordable housing and Airbnb.
