Governor Cuomo lists priorities ahead of his State of the State address

Over the last week, Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been rolling out his proposals for the upcoming legislative session and state budget. He will be delivering his State of the State address tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 12:30 p.m. in conjunction with his Executive Budget Proposal. Cuomo will focus on: new ethics legislation for elected officials; tax cuts for small businesses; increasing the minimum wage; local government consolidation; homelessness; and state infrastructure.
