Reimer Alliance International Inc. and Pro-Ject Industries Inc. Consolidate

Olds, Alberta, Canada – Reimer Alliance International Inc. and Pro-ject Industries Inc. consolidate for strengthened market position

The Board of Directors and executive team of ProAll International Manufacturing Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of operations as of July 15, 2015.

ProAll International Mfg. fabricates custom-built equipment for industry, including Reimer Mobile Concrete Mixers and the Jiffy Farm Equipment line. The company distributes its products through its established international sales network.

Reimer Alliance International and Pro-Ject Industries consolidated their businesses, merging decades of experience and successful operations to create ProAll International Mfg., a strengthened and versatile business with extensive distribution and industrial manufacturing capacity.

Reimer Alliance International is the world leader in volumetric mixing technology and manufactures and distributes Reimer Mobile Concrete Mixers to 30 countries, using Pro-Ject engineering and manufacturing to custom-build the units.

"The consolidation allows us to strengthen our market position as we now have enhanced efficiencies, flexibility and strength by bringing engineering and manufacturing under our roof," says Larry Koop, CEO, ProAll International Mfg., formerly with Reimer Alliance International.

Pro-Ject Industries fabricates custom-built equipment for industry, including the agriculture and oilfield sectors. It also distributes the Jiffy Farm Equipment line. Reimer Alliance International has been an important client for more than a decade.

"We can now strengthen our sales and marketing and have broader distribution of our custom manufactured products," says Gary Harris, President, ProAll International Mfg. and formerly with Pro-Ject Industries.

The consolidation of these complementary companies provides a structure for growth, enhanced customer service and expanded product lines. ProAll International Mfg. is based in Olds, Alberta, Canada.
