Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada will be held at the Fairmont Hotel (2 Lombard Place) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Thursday, December 3, 2015. The meeting will commence at 10:30 am in the Harrow/EC room.
The purpose and agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1.   Adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held June 15, 2014 in Regina, Saskatchewan
2.   Receive reports from the Chair of the Board of Directors and the President on activities of the Board and the Association
3.   Adopt the Audited Financial Statement for the preceding fiscal year
4.   Adopt the budget for 2016 with consideration of AMC’s 2016 Operating Plan
5.   Elect the 2016 Board of Directors
6.   Appoint auditors for 2016
