AMC Host's Guelph MP, Lloyd Longfield at Canada's Outdoor Farm Show

On September 14, AMC Board Chair Geof Gray provided a tour during Canada's Outdoor Farm Show to Lloyd Longfield, member of Parliament for Guelph (and member of two key standing committees to our industry: agriculture; and, industry, science and technology). Working with members and in partnership with Glacier Farm Media and the team at Canada's Outdoor Farm Show, we identified eight members with whom Geof and Lloyd would talk with about innovation. The feedback from Mr. Longfield’s office was that he had not realized how much ‘other’ manufacturing was happening in Ontario or the breadth of our entrepreneurship and innovation.
