Through this acquisition, a new entity has been formed: Art's Way Manufacturing International, LTD.
As an agricultural machinery distributor and manufacturer of snow blowers, trailers and running gears, Art's Way Manufacturing International, LTD will provide an opportunity for increased distribution of additional Art's Way products such as our forage equipment, grinders and manure spreaders into Canada.
