Ted Garille joins Primary Lines, Inc.

Primary Lines, Inc., representing ABB Inc. and Elster, LLC, is pleased to announce the addition of Ted Garille to our sales team. Ted brings more than 40 years of experience in Substations, Customer Service, Distribution Engineering and Hydro Generation. An active member of both NEPPA and APPA, he recently retired as general manager of the Pascoag (RI) Utility District. Ted will support customers in New England.
