Exhibitor Contracts and invoices will be sent out by the end of August. Please complete your contract and either fax or email back to Caren at ckelly@wrla.org as soon as possible - your invoice is due in 30 days - which means payment is due on or before September 30th to secure your booth(s)!
The Exhibitor Manual is available for downloading by following this link http://www.wrla.org/prairieshowcase/exhibitor_guide.html Please ensure you read all sections.
If circumstances have changed and you plan NOT to exhibit please email me, so I can rent the booth to the next on the waitlist.
Online registration for booth personnel name tags and evening events will be available at www.wrla.org in early October. Everyone must register!
