AAHOACON24 Gala and Bollywood Night: Don't Miss Out!
  
Join us for a memory-filled and celebratory evening on Thursday, April 4, for Bollywood Night, and on Friday, April 5, for the AAHOACON24 Gala, and dance the night away with the amazing talent of Bollywood Fusion! Six outstanding performers will be joining us for both.
 
For Bollywood Night, entertainment includes singer and actor Prashant Naseri, known as the “voice of Kishore Kumar,” legendary playback singer Shabbir Kumar and playback singer Sanjeevani Bhelande. The evening, Yaadein or “Memories” in English, is in tribute to Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, and Mohammed Rafi. Sanjeevani sends her musical greetings to AAHOA Members.
 
Abhijeet Sawant, winner of the first season of “Indian Idol,” expresses his excitement to join our Members for the Gala. Listen to his message here. Abhinanda Sarkaar, a performer at the FIFA World Cup 2022, looks forward to dancing and singing the night away with the movers and shakers of AAHOA. She sends her greetings here.

Registration is required prior to reserving a room. AAHOACON24 will be cross-checking housing lists against registered attendees. Your registration confirmation will also contain the direct links to secure accommodations for AAHOACON24. Room reservations are subject to cancellation, if not registered for AAHOACON24 by March 1, 2024.
 
As association and hospitality professionals, we recognize the importance of fulfilling our obligations to our hotel partners. We appreciate your support in booking within the AAHOACON24 hotel room block.  
  • Hotel Reservations
    • A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately. Should you choose to cancel your reservation entirely, the following will apply:
      • If canceled prior to March 8, Liable for the one-night non-refundable deposit
      • If canceled after March 8, Fully liable for the entire reservation

Other hotels and resellers are not endorsed by or affiliated with the AAHOA Convention & Trade Show and should be considered a scam. It is uncertain if the rooms reserved using such unauthorized links will be honored at the advertised rate.

U.S. RevPAR +1.6% y/y Last Week. Strong Group Demand and Continued Super Bowl Tailwinds. Soft Holiday Travel
  
Truist Securities reports, “Overall U.S. RevPAR was +1.6% y/y for the week ending 2/17/2024, per STR, below the prior week's result of +3.9% and slightly above the trailing 10-week average of +1.5%. Last week reflected continued tailwinds from the Super Bowl (particularly Vegas ADR +77% y/y) and overall strong Group results. All chain scales except for Upper Upscale had negative RevPAR growth y/y. Several markets beyond Vegas had Group RevPAR y/y of over +10% (Boston, Denver, Oahu, and San Francisco were over +30%). Countering the Group strength was softness at the start of President's Day weekend with Saturday RevPAR -5% (both Luxury and Economy were -9% to -10%). Upscale RevPAR: -0.6% y/y; Upper Midscale RevPAR: -2.5% y/y.”
