House Judiciary Committee to consider ADA reform

This morning at 10, the House Judiciary Committee held a full committee markup to consider the ADA Education and Reform Act (H.R. 3765), a bill that aims to limit "drive-by" lawsuits and decrease barriers to access for individuals with disabilities. This is biggest legislative achievement since the issue was introduced in 2000 and brings us even closer to realizing common-sense ADA reform. Stay tuned for more updates!
