According to Politico’s Ted Hesson: "A decision draws near in a court challenge to the National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB) Browning-Ferris Joint Employer Ruling, which made it easier for the NLRB to hold companies jointly accountable for the labor practices of subcontractors or franchisees. Browning-Ferris filed its final brief last week, and the NLRB and the teamsters (who represent the Browning-Ferris workers) filed final briefs Tuesday." Stay tuned for more information.
