House Judiciary Committee Clears ADA ERA

Today, the U.S. House Judiciary Committee hosted a markup on the ADA Education and Reform Act, and ultimately cleared the bill to be considered by the full legislature. This is a monumental step in curbing predatory drive-by lawsuits under the ADA, as we are now just one step from making this legislation become law. A special thanks to the AAHOA members who sent over 2,000 letters to elected officials yesterday.
