This week, a federal judge in Texas has put a temporary hold on the Department of Labor’s union "persuader rule." The National Association of Realtors recently sent a letter to the Department of Justice asking for guidance regarding the application of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act to a business’ website. The lack of federal regulation governing website accessibility has left courts split and has ignited an influx of demand letters sent to businesses with the threat of litigation.
