The Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association (NAA) is delighted to announce the selection of Robert "Bob" Pinnegar, CAE, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the association. Established in 1939, NAA and its federation of nearly 170 affiliates serve as the leading industry trade group for the apartment housing industry.

After January 1, 2017, new rules with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission will be effective. If your license expires between January-July 2017, you need to prepare to meet the new requirements as provided in the rules. The links below can assist you in learning of the final rule changes and help in terms of determining your responsibilities with respect to complying with the new Continuing Education and other requirements.
