The seven member port authority board includes one representative each of the federal, municipal and provincial governments and four representing port users. Members are appointed to terms of three years and are eligible for reappointment to two additional terms.

National Trade Organization Elects Port Tampa Bay’s Paul Anderson to Executive Board
Port Tampa Bay Chief Executive Paul Anderson has been elected treasurer of the Coalition for America’s Gateways and Trade Corridors (CAGTC). Mr. Anderson served the national freight advocacy organization as a board member for 2015-16 as a board member and will now step up to the executive board.
"I was extremely honored to serve on the board over the last year, and in my new role as treasurer, I am eager to continue to support the efforts of this great organization, which serves as a strong voice for affecting national policy and making positive moves toward higher standards of transportation and the movement of goods," Mr. Anderson said.
