Stephen Edwards will take the reins of the Port of Virginia starting next year, bringing deep terminal operating experience to the third-largest East Coast port after serving as the chief of TraPac, Global Container Terminals, Ports America, and P&O Ports.  Edwards begins his tenure on January 19 and will succeed John F. Reinhart who served as CEO and executive director of the Virginia Port Authority for the past seven years.
