With over two decades of experience championing maritime transportation and commerce critical to his state’s economy, Rep. Larsen represents Washington’s Second Congressional District, which is home to several deep draft seaports, including Everett, Bellingham, and Anacortes.

House Democrats elected Rep. Larsen as Ranking Member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee at the start of the 118th Congress. Previously, he led U.S. maritime shipping oversight on the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee.
